Hey everyone what's up!In 6 months or so I will be purchasing a FD and I was thinking of buying a 93 with over 100,000 miles on it and replace the engine.Do

you think that this is better than buying a lower milage FD for more cash?Anyone please tell me what your input is on this, thanks!

So rebuild instead of buying a new 13B TT engine? If so why,is it better to rebuild than just go with a new engine? Thanks!

a new 13B-REW is gonna be stock

a rebuild is gonna be tailored to ur specifications - unless you want it stock

you can port it, get single turbo or non-seq twins, ems, etc etc etc etc list goes on and on

I Doubt you are gonna want to buy a new engine! The cost 7k. Just rebuild it or buy a reman and save lots of money.

But to be honest. Buy a lower mileage. I had no problems with my low mileage. The high one is a pain in the *** though...

ya in the long run your better off to go cheap and high milage and pull the motor and have it ported and a customized rebuild.

I think I am going to go with the rebuild and higher mileage FD because its my first car,but my next 7 will have less miles and It would also be a newer year!
