Has anyone else read that book? It is wierd as hell. i just finished it, It was for my AP english class.

we had too...but I'm a 84 grad too. New Orleans is putting the cams in the projects and high crime areas. Crime went down 35% in each area.This was anounced yesterday on our local news.

I have given up personal info when I pay taxes, bills, driver liscense so ........if the cam shows a criminal. But hey most crime is committed in specific demographic areas .

 

12th grade ? yea I read that last year too when I was in 12th grade, but i read it for fun not for a english class. I thought AP english was supposed to be hard

Good book. I read it for senior AP as well.

It makes you think. The place that most resembles Oceania would be the Iraq a couple years ago. Saddam had his picture plastered every where, and if you disagreed with the standing power you were killed.



America is slowly moving in that direction. Our rights are slowly desintegrating. Its scary if you really think about it.
