On July 14 I bought some brake rotors for my truck off of ebay. that was my first mistake. The seller had 99% positive feedback from over 2000 buyers. The rotors were advertised as authentic Brembo cross drilled rotors. Exactly what I wanted. Use Buy it now, bought them, paid through paypal and waited. I got an e-mail a few days later, the 20th, asking a few questions about my preferences, what color I wanted the center section, what my vehicle specifics were, that sort of stuff, so I told them, I want it silver, 2003 tundra, etc. I wait till the 25th and still haven't received a tracking number or anything. I send them an email, they say they just shipped them today. Ok.

4 days later I get the rotors. The paint is blue (wanted silver) and they are NOT brembo. No brembo logos on the box, rotors, or included paperwork.

I leave negative feedback saying as much, and they also leave feedback for me accusing me of being a liar and **** like that. I'm about to contact ebay motors directly to solve this problem.

The seller's store is Elite Automotive, specific seller was "935". Don't buy from them.

This is really the first bad experience I've had with ebay, or any other online purchase for that matter.

How much did you pay? I had a similar experience when trying to get a FMIC for my car. Paid 900 for an authentic greddy kit for the stock twins...never showed. Seller was Option Imports. He claimed he had to know which one wanted, whether it be for the Greddy single or stock twins. I told him he was an idiot, the auction was titled that he was selling for the stock twin kit. Got a refund only after we threatened litigation. At the time I had access to lexusnexus, and knew just about everything about the guy, I was prepared to stick it hard to him if my cash didnt show.

Well they could still be brembo... brembo sells their rotors to companies and then said companies then drill or whatever they want to them and sell them as brembo under a different name.
