Here is an idea, rather than block the website, let the individual see about 30 seconds of the page loading. If they do not hit stop or attempt to redirect in that time period the software immediately redirects them to the Intranet, to personel. At this point you get a nice 72 point font on the screen "You Are Fired" with the "you are an idiot" backround music playing over the speakers of this website's sound track



After the first 5 or so I can garuntee the **** surfing would stop.

Stupid surf blocker they bought for our office blocks access to the company intranet sometimes. REAL useful!
