Does Anyone Know How To Dial To Aus?

I have tried faxing, and calling Haltech AUS, but the #'s listed on their site do not work. I tried the operator, can't help outside the US. They don't respond to emails. Is there some special trick to dial out of the US or to AUS?

are you dialing the country code?
call your long distance provider, or just call the long distance operator
and ask them to connect you, if I remember correctly the country code is 011 or something like that

I edited my post, dont know if you read it after.
You have to dial the county code, and then the number, its alot of numbers, its been a few years since I called australia, 2 of my brothers live there but I havent talked to them in a few years now.

distance service)
AUS has a 2 digit code for the country code, haha my brother
lives there too. Im pretty sure its 11

Wow, thxs guys you are tons of help, well I sent them 4 emails today, since they have 4 address listed, and they finally replied. Guess they got sick of the haressment 
. They told me to send it in, and if they test it and its bad, they will replace it. And it is bad, so looks like I will be getting a new harness. Hitman told me also that the same problem has been happing with all the new E11's sold in the US. So it not an uncommon thing. Good cuz prom just raped my pockets and Im broke as hell.
