Damn This Doesnt Feel To Good!

I was working out a minute ago with my 25 pound dumbells and my shoulder went out ( Im guessing ) all i know is i started to move my arm and and the next thing i hear is a loud pop from my shoulder and my arm starts to fall back down and i cant make it move. As my arm gets closer to my side the wiegth fell from my hand almost hitting my foot. After the weight fell i tryed moving my arm and still couldnt. Finally i reached over with my right arm and popped it back in. Before i couldnt feel a thing and now it hurts like a bitch!

I dated a girl who worked at 24hour fitness. God she was hot!! Anywho...She would always tell me how to work out. If you sit on your butt all day and workout whenever you don't have anything else to do then that is it. If you are not on a steady diet and eating only good foods then that is also it. You also have to work your way up to any weight. Can you see now why I left her.

i would but im the only one home right now and i dont think driving a manual with one hand is very smart.
