For being "elected" president of the largest debtor nation the world has ever seen. My guess is you have the potential to be the last elected president of the USA, who knows what we'll call it when you are done.
Lucky for you with the hyper inflation, global depression, rampant unemployment and eventually famine you should have less constituents to please when it is all said and done.... a small brick of cheese should be enough to please the remaining plebes.
Good luck to you as you have been elected to command a vessel without steerage.
Hell you might even be able to get into office before the collapse, before Bush is forced to declare marshall law.... you just might.
Ok so I exaggerated a little.... or did I? Let's get this party started!!! (by party i mean **** storm)

The only thing that bothers me is they're still counting votes but they're declaring him the winner. Can't they just ******* wait till the morning.
They always do, think about how we used to feel out in washington state, we had to hear about the winner before the polls even closed.
I do think it's cute that you think they "count" the votes though... that's neat.

Nice to see John McCain can work "My Friends" into a speech a few more times before he walks off the stage with his walker.... what a dolt. Now we get to listen to **** for brains Obama for at least a few months.

Oh Obama, I find him so genuine and could listen to his uplifting speeches forever! Man, at least we have Harper running things up here and he's got the ***** to tell him to shut the hell up when he starts going "We're the best country ever, blah blah!" It's amazing how presidential candidates all seem to play the part of patriotic cheerleader more than anything else.

Maybe he REALLY thinks he's going to be able to fix the nation like he said in all those speaches! Maybe he pounded his own self-righteous bullshit into his own brain making himself actually believe what hes saying! All this positive thinking must make him think it's going to actually pay off when he's in office that he can be his own person in the white house and not some puppet...until they plop the paperwork on his desk. By next year's end he'll be misreading off of teleprompters just like dubbya.

my prediction is that in 3 years we will all but be out of the middle east
oil will be $85 a barrel
the fed interest rate will be 4-5%, up from the 1% it is now while houses would have reached bottom and will start to rebound
unemployment will be up 3%
the dow will be over 10500
and lets hope that the big three are still in business
and this would be my prediction no matter who is in office

This is a joke, right? GM has all but closed the deal with Cerberus/Chrysler, and they will shutter plants and pull the plug on all but a handful of relatively strong-selling models. GM is counting on the proceeds of asset liquidation to keep them treading water for a few more months. Think of a mangy mutt getting his last meal from a garbage can, and you've got a pretty good picture of the situation.
