1. all mods must appear stock appearing

2. you cannot have a c.a.r.b. sticker without a carburator on the car

3. porting is not allowed

in addiation the state of ca reserves the right to pull you over and impound your car for any reason, or perhaps no reason at all, at any time, the state also reseves the right to ticket you also for no reason.
