I had to be without the stupid thing for a long time...

My current one is bulletproof though. Guess its hit and miss.

See i dont mind paying for xbox live as it is so much better and more organized at least compared to ps2 online play, it was terribly disorganized and unreliable. Although I am excited about upcoming service they will have

yeah well wtf was the bullshit with live being broken for a whole month, right around christmas time. or did everyone forget

PSN has been pretty damn reliable and its 100% free.

also PSN does pretty much everything LIVE can do except renting movies. it has its quirks but they are fixing

the only annoying thing about it is not being able to access the XMB in game but that is getting fixed very soon

i cant be the only one who was not thrilled with the Live service...
