lol... it is great. I love grillin. grab a couple beers, sit on the porch and just wait. specially with the weather the way it was tonight. nice and cool. I'm trying new things now. the red wine marinade was a first, but def not a last. I don't know what I'm gonna try next.

Aged bourbon, shallots, whole grain mustard, tobasco, worcheshire sauce, brown sugar let it marinate overnight w/ some 2" thick pork chops, then hit it with a firey dry rub, throw on some hickory chunks and let it grill to perfection!!!

Just out of interest, how do you pronounce that over there - do over here it's wooster sauce.

I love using the grill, but I'm not a big meat person. Never have been. I love hamburgers and hot dogs, but steaks and pork chops and chicken off the bone...they taste good, but just not at the top of my list.
But the last thing we grilled was steak (wife loves it) marinated in Dale's Marinade. And we often have fish over at my dad's house, his new favorite method is blackened (as opposed to fried). grouper, red snapper, hognose snapper, the occasional cobia
