what is trance compared to house or harcore, jungle, happy hardcore, techno... i dont know what is what

 

it all sounds the same to me

 

303 infinity ... i love most of there stuff, awesome trance



BT ... they're alright, they have a few good songs



robert miles ... his stuff is awesome



enigma really isnt trance, but its similar ... they have alot of good stuff



thats all the trance i can name off the top of my head right now that i know of.

I know i have alot more ... im just to lazy to look.

 

trance as in, what? liquid?progressive?melodic?phsychedelic?ambient?



im sure "webster hall's tranzworld" would be enough for you, get them all (1-5) they are good, try "trance nation america, from the ministry of sound" or "ibiza, by ministry of sound" also light

if you go into the hard core zone, you might wanna check out "area51" or "rob g"

303 infinity, is by far one of the best melodic trance sounds out there with BT,

robert miles's stuff is good but it all sounds alike similar to (daont remember his name) 9pm till i come,

phsychedelic(which i dont think you will go into) you can check out stuff like, "trancefuzion" (lightest of the genre) or heavy like "verzuz"

im sure your local music store(not WIZ) can help you pick some of the best stuff available, if not, then check out MP3.com(they categorize everything)
