You DO NOT have to put new clusters in cars with digital dash boards. Knowing the right person can take care of that in about 1/2 hour with a simple program and a lap top computer.
****, you can buy the stuff to do it right online and have it delivered to your door and there is nothing illegal about it. Top of the line program with the proper connectors is going for like $3500 right now. Going rate around here is $350-$1000 for the more expensive cars, do the math, it doesnt take long at all to make your money back.
Who do you think is thier best customer? RENTAL CAR AGENCIES and car dealerships ( be VERY weary of a dealer demo by the way )
Oh and the programs reset the ECUs and the ABS computers as well that also register the mileage.

Think about it ....You drive the car every day ...the rubber on the belts keep the pulleys from showing major rust cause of the friction...let the car sit....the raw metal wil rust...
I sanded down a fender to bare metal..let it sitfor 2 days ..that bitch was worse than before I started....I was pissed...This car is very close to me....well about 45 min drive...if milage is right..the car is to cheap...

i believe the mileage, look at the bottom its spotless, and the drivers seat is perfect, BUT low mileage fd's are bad.
gee its a 10 year old car, does it have 10 year old coolant in it?
how about the oil, has it been changed?
how was it stored? outside?
a few years ago a friend of mine bought a 5000mile fd 94. this is also the risk you run buying a car sight unseen. the car had been in like 5 accidents in 5000 miles, the paint was 3-4 different shades of white. it also had been stored outside, so the leather was all baked/cracked, it blew lots of oil smoke, and the tranny had been rebuilt (poorly), all in 5000miles

oh and rob is right, you can roll back electronic odometers no problem, although as far as i know no one has the program for the mazda.
