Yes, at this time the event is based on drag racing, a few cruises, visits to the Indy 500 museum and infield, etc...
As sponsorship is being added more events/items will be added. I have talked to the local SCCA group about setting up some cones and they have given us a price for doing it. Given our current budget; their price doesn't fit at the moment. As more sponsorship is added, who knows. I will say it is high on our wish list of items to add.
Of course if everyone was REGISTERED it would be much easier to talk to sponsors. I have a few good sponsorship deals in current negotiations we'll keep you informed how they pan out.
Of course if anyone wants to help, contact your local/favorite RX7 shop and tell them you want them to support the RX7 Revolution. They may contact me at: MichRX7@rx7revolution.com
Thanks!

An Auto-Cross is a MUCH better event to show the RX-7's capabilities. I support Auto-X much more than drag-racing. Auto-X is more indicative of how well you can handle a car. IMHO. How much $$$ does the local Sports-Car-Communists-of America want to set-up a Auto-X event??

I'll PM you the amount. And I'll bug you about that sponsor/vendor info I sent you in the PM as well
If a vendor wanted to step up and say here is $X,XXX.XX, let's do the AutoX we would say great and list it as AutoX sponsored by (COMPANY).
We'd even send out press releases and all sorts of fun stuff with (COMPANY) name all over them
