The downpipe is full stainless steel including the flanges. It comes with O2 bung. You can bolt it on without taking off the studs. The downpipes are made by the same manufacturer that used to make downpipes for M2. The prices will be the following:

5-10 orders: $250

11+ orders: $230

The same manufacturer is good for quality but the question everyone will be asking is: "Will it be a M2 replica?"

Since the reason for buying the M2 is for fitment without any stud issues and good 02 bunge location.

Is it a M2 replica? It's a hard question to answer. Let's just say M2 only resold the downpipes made by this manufacturer and how I end up selling those for the manufacturer is something I don't want to mention too much in public. It's regarding other companies reputation. Let's just say this manufacturer asks me as a favor to help them get rid of the downpipes they have in stock.

How about 2-28-03 as the deadline?

Right on, that was very eloquently worded.
