Someone mentioned they wanted chili for the dogs and stuff...I can make a mean beer chili if anyone wants me to.

 

Sounds good to me Ed And thanks for the offer to help cook, if your are up to it the job is yours, It looks like I have 1 or 2 other people willing to help also

 

That's cool...I can do it myself if necessary, that's no biggie.



As for the chili, if I have time next week I'll make up a huge pot and freeze it for the trip. It's tasty.



EDIT: Oh yeah, UPS is pissed at me right now, so I may have trouble getting the time off. Is there a trophy for people who quit their jobs just to come to the BBQ?

Thanks for the offer, we pretty much have everything covered, but if there is something you would like to make, that you think the people will like, and enough to feed 100+ people, by all means go for it.

 

I can get another cook if we need one.
