Someone mentioned they wanted chili for the dogs and stuff...I can make a mean beer chili if anyone wants me to.

That's cool...I can do it myself if necessary, that's no biggie.



As for the chili, if I have time next week I'll make up a huge pot and freeze it for the trip. It's tasty.



EDIT: Oh yeah, UPS is pissed at me right now, so I may have trouble getting the time off. Is there a trophy for people who quit their jobs just to come to the BBQ?

Thanks for the offer, we pretty much have everything covered, but if there is something you would like to make, that you think the people will like, and enough to feed 100+ people, by all means go for it.
