#1
im trying to get info from any one that has done this swap or know anything about it. im still trying to decide if i want to got this route.
so i have a few questions if any one could give me any ansewrs i would apriciate it very much.
does the twin turbo moter bolt to the stock mount?
on a difficulty scale 1-10 how hard is it to swap?
is it worth the trouble?
or should i just order another turboII motor and swap it back in?
plz reply if you have any info

simple easy answer is yes they will fit..the bolt pattern will line up...however the thing about RE twins is this..the primary turbo is smaller than the FD's and the secondary one is the same size..over all you will get less cfm flow out of the RE turbos. you would also need to do the seq. to parallel conversion on them..not sure what all that involves..If you were very serious about this you could send the turbos to BNR suprecars to get them upgrades ( are they still doing that? anyone?) now if you really want to do this pm me I have set of RE twins and manifold..

if you are refuring to the engine swap, its a little involved as the motor mounts are differnt, you need custom mounts made or buy custom mounts. the wiring is differnt. on a scale of 1-10 its about 7 but the pay off for a properly prepped motor with a single turbo is freakin awsome.
