E6x Stock Map

Hey guys,
I'm in a bit of a situation. Due to a number of circumstances (long story), I do not have the option of using a stock engine management system to continue to break in a rebuild - the stock system was having a lot of problems and it was traced to the ECU so I have a Haltech E6X which is being installed in the engine now. However, I have heard that the base maps are too rich to properly break in a new engine. I *am* running premix of course and have deleted the now non-functional MOP. I know RETed said he prefers to not run premix OR the MOP during break in to accelerate it and I'm willing to do so but that's beside the point now.
The point is: if its bad to use a base map to break in an engine, can somebody please send me a map that is more closely tuned for a stock engine (with a mild streetport if it matters) on an E6X? I think even E6K maps might work, and I'll stay out of boost so don't worry about that range it can be rich since I won't be boosting until after break-in and then I'll get a proper tune before I really start boosting much.

Well idle is easy, just lean it out till it starts to cut out or begins surging (looking for fuel in other spots of the fuel map), then raise the mixture up till it settles down. Basically there isn't too much concern with being too lean when you aren't pushing any boost or load. It will just bog down with a hesitation manor and be low on power. In that case you can just raise the fuel up, and the results should be noticable. The fuel curves should be nice and smooth, no drastic jumps or drops in the map. Usually once you find a nice idle and a nice spot in the injector transition spot, you can just smooth the curve in between the two. After boost in WOT I always shot for mid 800's on the air/fuel numbers, which was about 11:1 on the dyno when I went. When you make fuel adjustments just use like 3% at a time.

Yes, they did. I highly recommend them. They've got at least one more in stock now if you want to get it without waiting for it to come in from australia. If you buy from them please tell them Daniel referred you.

the stock ecu runs like this:
idle 12-12.2 (you can go a tad leaner but the leaner you go the more it will miss and randomly stall)
1500-3800 in vacuum, its at 14.7:1 running on the o2 sensor
over 3800 and boost: 10:1
decel: fuel cut
if you duplicate the vacuum portions you get a really crisp running engine and about 23mpg freeway
