Ecu/ Engine Mapping/tuning Shops?

Are there any ECU tuning shops in the northwest? (i live in southeast washington state, Pullman, to be exact).

I'm going to be building a TII setup, with an aftermarket ECU. I am wondering if there is a tune shop somewhere that could do whatever they do to finalize my setup.

Would Pineapple Racing be able to do this?

What about bay area california, i have an fjo but my ***** are too small to tune! heh, running 10-1 afrs under boost and my timing is too retarded. Running an e6k i need tuning!

just start leaning it out, and advancing timing a bit
