You have two choices
SMC (I run this one)
or
SM2
If you want trailing split and staged injection and traction control then the SM2 is the one for you
SMC = $1950 with autotune
SM2 = $3000 with autotune
These are round about prices, pretty close (Aus currency)
Brief History
I have run SMC for 5 years, no problems despite what the official Autronic line is regarding split (different subject !)
SM2 most notably has been used by quite a few circuit racers and the odd drag racer, results are very impressive, & features are second to none for the cost of the unit, also have to remember they have a proven competition track record too.
I am using a SM2 on a new project I am working on.
Pros = reliability, accuaracy, proven, autotuning (with Autronic WB).
Cons = cost, need to modify sensors depending on chip version, high tech & complex for non enthusiast.
I like em, I drive my car daily, never had a problem, so I doubt I will ever change ECU brands from what I have experienced.
Regards
Peter.

To clarify, with autotune, means it has the chip upgrade, Autronic charge another $200 odd Aus for this feature.
Then all you need is one of their WB to give input to the ECU, simple.

The WB is 1800 Aus for the A model which can autotune.
The only std sensor I use on mine is the TPS, the others are supplied with the ECU when you buy it.
The CAS will need to be modified depending on which chip version of the ECU you buy, add to this a reluctor interface ($150 goes between the CAS and the ECU)
The only other issue is the ignition, you will need Bosch 008 ignitiors or run the Autronic CDI or another brand of CDI on all channels.
I run the 008 ignitors (3 of them, wasted spark mode) the trailing ignitor provides the signal for my 2 "leading" Crane CDI boxes.
So in summary you will need to budget a little more on top of the basic ECU to get you up and running, but once installed you have the benifit of never needing to rely on a tuner or expensive dyno time if you have one of their WB meters, I think it is a good long term investment, however if you want lots of support from different users and are not too technically inclined then it may not have the amount of user support you may need in America.
I am more than willing to help out any "enthusiasts" though if you have questions or need some help setting up configurations or mapping.
regards
