170 Hp 13b, Hp Versus Rpm Chart
#1
Can anyone direct me to where I can find the horse power versus RPM of a stock , naturally aspirated 13b?
Specifically looking for output between 3000 and 4500 rpm.
I thought with all the popularity of modifying these engines ,,, this would be fairly common info.
Maybe not though!!

If you want to know the horsepower output at 3500 rpm, which is the torque peak rpm of the 86-88 NA, use the horsepower/torque relationship:
horsepower = torque * (rpm / 5252)
so using the stock figure of 138 lb./ft. at 3500 rpm:
horsepower = 138 * (3500 / 5252) = 91.96 hp.
hope this helps
