Why No Jdm Cars In Canada?

I am getting out of the Navy in June and will be importing both my RX7s. My FC drag car is going back race only and will cost less than a thousand to import, and my FD will be imported as a street car and will cost 6000 for shipping and the required modifications. So, ther will be two Japanese RX7s in Phoenix in the near future.

I just have my parts sent to my U.S mailing addy. Cheaper on shipping and saves on brokerage fees. Just have to make the drive over the border to pick it up. I have a box comming confirmed by Jason (JT-imports) now so its christmas all over.............

Insurance would be wickedly expensive same with all the inspections, the rx3 i brought into canada from the states needed a provincal inspections and a national inspection, then it needs to be inspected by an engineer to because of the age or some other bull ****.
