I figured we start a thread with all info pertaining to Rotorfest for the Canadian Caravan. The date of the meet is June 20th. I know that it is a few months away still, but the sooner we disscuss any ideas the better organized we will be later.



things to consider:

number of people attending

passenger ridding along

Time and day of departure

booking of hotel or other

any performance shops attending

and so on and so forth................

I guess ill start..........because this "meet" is being held approx 8hrs away from us, I figured we might as well make the trip worth our while. Do you guys want to make it a full weekend thing or for only two days?

Myself id prefer to leave on Friday the 25th so we have a extra day to hang with the locals and party it up. What day do you think we should head home, Sunday night? Or wait till Monday morn?



I like the idea of renting a hotel, this way there is no intrusion on anyones house, and we can just be the typical drunk Canadain dumb asses that we are. Im sure we could fit a few to a room(i dont mind the floor if i have too, a pillow and blanket will just do fine) and the more we have the cheaper it will be.



Along with me will be my bro ridding shotgun, so thats one more to add to the group.
