!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WoW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watch http://www.jspecautosports.com

I had the worst experience with these people. I live in Massachusetts and they made me so mad I wanted to drive there one weekend and let them know. I bought I Toyota 4AGE Blacktop from them. Was sold to me with the ecu and harness. The only thing I expected to be wrong was the harness was cut which I was fine with. But when recieved engine the harness was not cut it was hacked so many connecters where missing. The engine mount near the timing belt was bent and had a broken bolt in the engine still. broken timing belt. And to top it all off they sent me a SILVERTOP ECU. Silvertop(MAF) Blacktop(MAP) so no way I could use the silver top ecu. The pins on the connectors where even the right number.

I strongly recommend against Jspecautosports.

What are you exactly looking for? Just the engine? I own a performance shop in Northern Ontario (Sudbury), and I'm gonna order a couple in for myself. If you want one just tell me what you need exactly and I'll see what I can do for you. Let me know.

Thanks,

Vince

Jspecs are a gamble, it will only cost a couple of hundred more for a rebuild and you'll have the piece of mind that is worth much more than a couple of hundred. IMO jspecs are just overpriced cores.

And yes I have bought Jspecs in the past and lucked out but I also bought one that is burning coolant. I have scene 3 bad jspecs bought by friends in the past month.

PM R.P.M., he helped me out with my rebuild at a phenomenal rate with great service.

Nismo you know it is a crap shoot, and you got lucky. You can check compression but there is no way of checking coolant seals with the motor on the floor. I guess you could rig up a pressure testor but I haven't seen anyone do it.
