A couple friends have installed H&R springs and cup kit on their Integra and 318is. I've driven both and the handling is remarkable more neutral and has a much later turn-in especially the cup kit. I don't know much about the other springs but I'd recommend H&R products.

the H&Rs for the FD are too much of a drop IMO... you will have bottoming out issues with them on the track.

well I just found out that rsr race springs are out of stock.

so my choices are H&Rs, Eibach and tein S techs....hmmmm.....which one will work with my 17x8 35mm w/225/45 in the front. I had my tokicos set at 5 with no luck.

S tech seems to be the closest to rsr race springs with 436 lbs/in nad 1.4 drop Fr and 324 w/ 1.3 Rr.

Thanks,

Wouldn't stiffer swaybars reduce the roll?

yes they will but because racing beats are only 7% stiffer than stock, I'll go with stiffer springs then sway bars w/ reinforce mounts.

This is why I'm having a carage sale mike.....
