What does the blue elec. connector connect too.

I think I know which clip you are talking about. If it is....then it clips to nothing. Does it sit next to the 4 vacuum hoses that are screwed into the UIM?

Yep, it comes off the wiring harness by the air pump connector and duty solenoids.

I cant really remember why it is their. I want to say it is for and Automatic. Although I could be wrong

i am pretty sure it is the airpump connector. my car didnt have an airpump when i bought it andd that was the only stray connector there.

The airpump connector is the gray one in the picture....the blue goes unplugged.

The blue connector is for Cali spec EGRs... they are electrical... otherwise, it's unplugged..
