Water Leakage Problem

and this is as far as I can see up





How should I tackle this problem? I don't want to take my dash out if at all necessary... any ideas?

You sure it isn't the hose from the evaporator leaking back into the car? Mine did that.

It's the drain underneath the windshield... but I already broke some stuff trying to get to it so I'm going to have to have somebody else do it
