Upper Intake Polishing?

can you polish the upper intake of an fd with somewhat basic tools? if so what do you need to do it, if not who will do it?

you can do it, takes lots of time and work. where are you located? I may be able to get you a good price depending on location

im in chicago, land of NO fd's, im paying over 6k to get my engine rebuilt ( n some other stuff ) but still kinda rip off due to NO rotary places.

I live in goergia and have a S4 TII upper and lower I have off and ready to be polished, ask your buddies how much?

Because I already have the FC hehehehe. I may have a possible chance to get an FD intake, but I already have the intake off and ready for polishing.
