My car was previously an auto but now it's a 5 speed. Everything was hooked up right. All sensors were used. i put in the SR motorsports clutch package. ACT clutch with 9.5 lb flywheel. Car drives exremely well. I disconnected my airpump and noticed my idle was like searching when in neutral. I mentioned this to my mechanic and he bumped up my idle,now it between 1000 and 1200 rpms at idle,but still stalls when shifting with the ac on. The sec i push in the clutch the rpms drop so fast it drops all the way to 0 and dies. This is normal driving bringing the rpms up to 4,000 and shifting. Has anyone have this problem with there flywheel?

I used 4.1 rear end and manual guage cluster. I also used the auto harness with manual comp.

 

Sppry I can't answer your question but how do you like the Blitz intake?

 

I have the same problem. I think it has something to do with the clutch

switch on the pedal, which I don't have hooked up.
