smoking after idle'n for a long period of time *searched*

whats up guys.. just a few questions... my car gets the regular little puff of smoke on first startup then it clears up and idles with no smoke at all, when iam under boost i get no smoke at all, when i let off the gas i get no smoke at all.. the only time my cars smokes a blueish film is when it idles or sits for 5-10mins, after searching it seems like i need a turbo rebuild... but my t78 only has approx 3000miles on it would the oil seal go that quiclkly??? any other ideas or things i should check? also when i unscrew the oil filler cap it takes longer to start smoking.... overall the car runs great no decrease in power, no coolant leak or anything like that.. just when it sits or idles at a very long light(5mins) the car starts 2 smoke

How many miles are on your car? It sounds like it's burning oil, but obviously not a lot, but I would so it's your oil rings on your rotors that are wearing away letting oil leak into the engine when you turn it off but it's a small amount where the engine burns it while it's driving normally. For idling problems, I would say your PCV is getting stuck occasionally causing high pressure buildup and oil blowby, which is why it takes longer when the oil filler cap is off since it relieves pressure.
That's my guess anyway.
