Did you pull any of the injectors ?, if so , did you repace the "O" rings ? , I had a similar problem once and it turned out to be leaky "O" rings allowing fuel to pass and flood the chambers whenever the fuel pressure went up , like when boosting .

It can be a number of things , but from my experiences with the FC and FD its always something very simple .

clogged cats?

Can a clogged cat be fine sometimes?? And with a clogged cat, does it happen that the car does not take even 1 psi of boost? The exhaust pressure is alot less than it used to be...

This might be it... Will have it checked tomm. When the car sees boost it sort of misfires...does not go to even 1 psi of boost..

Thanks guys will have these things checked tomm. and update

Start with the small **** and work your way up, I would say it is spark related. Check the plugs and plug wires again. My car used to do the same thing, but mine had a water seal that went out. The plugs were alway getting cover with coolant and not working correctly.

i have just installed a new block.. so i think the injectors were removed... Please tell me its just to O rings... i feel helpless... the guy who installed the engine is currently out of town and i don't want anyone else to touch it... So i have to wait for him

I can drive it around the whole day without a problem... it just does not take any boost... which is good in a way cuz i am giving it the run-in... keeping it below 2200 rpms... It used to do this once in a while before but now its a constant problem..

ok tried everything.. installed a tps from a friends car did'nt work... swapped the boost sensor didn't help... changed the whole throttle body did'nt help...Had the injection system cleaned did'nt help... then with the elbow off the mechanic told me to rev the car and he sprayed some carb cleaner in the throttle body... the hesitation at that point went away... Can this conclude that the car is not getting fuel... Can it be the injector pulse from the ecu?? I will install the power fc tonite keeping my fingers crossed... Please help...

Still the car starts dying whenever i press the accelerator more than 25%... below that i can drive the car around the whole day without any problem....

Need help..........
