swapped over to a smaller pettit restrictor pill on a new hose and adjusted the boost and dc...
set it for 13psi and 90 percent.. got 10psi out of her.. didnt think the difference would be this much..
maybe the actuator is on its way out.. arghh...
btw.. the wg is ported and im using the 2nd pfc boost setting on primary... anyone have any clues..
gonna see if the boost is gonna be substantially higher with third gear...

jio, when i did mine, i dumped the electronic control system completely and just used bleeder valves. It was a lil more difficult to setup but was much easier in the long run IMO. Unless you are planning to vary your boost settings often.

the dual stage that i traded you?

If your wastegate actuator was going bad you would be over boosting, not under boosting.
My money is on the PFC boost controller. I would get a manual boost controller, scrap the pill all together. Cap the far end of the wastegate actuator and you would be all set.
Good luck

isnt there a possibility of it getting stuck open ...
Considering it would have to completely freeze in the open position I would say that is a very small posibility.

I can't think of a situation that would allow a failing diaphram to lock the gate open, have you tried different lengths/dia's of vacline, its oldskool but it works.
when I went NS (from which I never went back I might add!) I added a Hallman MBC it makes life so much easier, the PFC boost controller is (or so im told) unreliable.
Best of luck with this, when its right, you'll see why people don't go back to the Seq Twins!!
