There are two crank angle sensors - did you check them both? Are you getting any check engine codes? How do you know you aren't getting fuel? Have you hooked up a pressure gauge? Is there fuel pressure and the injectors aren't firing or is the pump not running at all? Have you tested for a spark by removing a plug and cranking the engine? Also, have you downloaded the factory service manual yet?

what do you mean by nothing when you cranked the car without the plugs?
does the car crank?
does your car try to turn over and just miss?
what color are your plugs, are they wet?
are you sure your battery is charged?

yes it cranks, and cranks good but there is no fuel getting to the rail and there is no spark, plugs are brand new and they were not wet, and yes my battery is charged

turn the car on and see if you hear whining coming from the area of the gas tank door....
if not, your culprit could be a fuel pump relay
