New Rebuild, Oil Everywhere :(

[quote name='PhoenixDownVII' date='Jun 9 2005, 11:58 AM']Wow. Relax. I'm not an idiot. Both you and your father said the frame is completely straight. I'll give you the number for Brett, the reputable body shop guy Joe is using, you can argue with him whether or not it is.
I'm not crying in the least, in fact, neither is joe. Neither of us have cared to complain about it or anything, all I did was finally mention it to you, and now you're writing a three paragraph response calling me an idiot in "defense".
Right, Joe was the best buyer for the car. Me and him like a challenge, but the two things I mentioned aren't hard to discover and you HAVE to agree that only ever since you've sold him the car you will not answer his calls with innocent questions about the car, saying your busy but then you call me to say "whatsup". Put those two together and it does sound shady, doesn't it? But I know you're an upstanding guy otherwise, and didn't think it was like you to do that. So I merely informed you of it, and how anyone else would have at least gotten angry, IMO. But I'm not angry, or even "crying"...so seriously...relax.
We're still on our way to further reviving her (as you started ) and someday she'll be riding right behind your white one with my ugly MBM in hot pursuit

I know this is falling upon deaf ears... but the chassis is not bent on that car... The radiator support frame, if anything, might have been out of wack but again we never checked the car out professionally body wise. My father is not a body man, he works at the shop to help reassembly and disassembly cars there so... But we installed everything in that car basically perfectly right ?

No, not deaf ears. From what I heard, Joe said you both told him everything was straight. Whether you said you were straight, or the frame, or the steering wheel, is beyond me. I just know that both Joe and I didn't think we'd have to send the car in to get anything adjusted. Brett said the frame is bent, take that as you will. No need to be rude.
And spare me your defenses on your work, that was never in question here. I really don't get how people on this forum keep skirting my questions or posts overall and keep regurgitating the same crap that's already either been addressed, or was never the issue at hand.
I'll see you soon, honey. You can spank me for being a deaf idiot then....

Uni-Body cars don't have frames, you silly bitches!
A stock scissor style jack and some strategic placement of proper blocking can straighten the radiator support/headlight bucket sheet metal, so long as the impact didn't tear the sheet goods.
