My New Intercooler (how Do I Do This)

if you want to add brackets so that you can use it to bolt to the car you can buy some aluminum and tin snips from a metal supply shop like metal supermarket. They charge by weight.
Then get some JBweld, clean teh surface with acetone, tape off any area you do not want the epoxy to get to, then apply and let it sit.
If you are still worried about strength of JBWELD (I WOULD NOT) you can try 3M DP460 high strength epoxy. It is stronger then using real welds in some cases. IT will cost you.

the GReddy FMIC is a bitch to install... make sure you make some nice clean cuts on your bumper. pipes are easy to figure out since they have arrows.. but one of them i think u can flip around to fit better.. dunno for sure... been over a year since i installed one.
