My car is hesitating at any speed

My car is hesitating at any speed. If I cruise in any gear and hold the gas for about 3 seconds with the pedal steady, meaning not giving gas or not letting up gas the car seem to hesitate and then start gerking bad. This stops if I let off the gas or give more gas and then it goes away. I'm constantly having to do this while I drive and it's driving me crazy. I notice that it's real bad at night while I'm using the head light for driving, or when I use the A/C. It's not that bad in the day time while I'm not using the electrical stuff except the radio. My question is could this be an electrical problem? Is this an example of bad electrical grounding or not enough grounding? Somone please help, this is driving me crazy.

Just a suggestion...
Check all the grounding wires on the car. Make sure they are all connected tightly and securely. Sounds kinda like what my car did. After the grounding wires were fixed, the problem went away. This would be a good place to start. Good luck.
