I would say two people will be way easier than one..I've pulled / assisted with 4 FD's and it helps to have someone under the car for manuvering and holding the back of the trans down so it dosent drag on the tunnel. Just make sure you drain the trans fluid before you pull it or you are gonna have a nice mess

 

at the very least the second person for safety..
