Motor Is Almost Out

Been prepping my engine for this weekend. I was gonna go buy a engine hoist and all that crap. Just wondering if yall had any tips to make the process go really smooth. Few questions....
Does it take 2 people?
The Manual says that I should leave the turbos on the block....Should I?
I also have the vacuum hoses still on. Can that and the coils stay on the block also?
Basically what I have removed so far is Air Pump, Power Steering/ Water Pump/ Manifold and IC pipes. IC...Radiator. AC is still attached and will not be removed until I am ready to pull the sucker out.

All you need to remove is the upper and lower coolant hoses to the radiator, the 3 fuel lines, the downpipe from the turbos, the PPF, the two motor mount nuts, the wiring harness from the ECU and pull it through the firewall. Take off the intercooler and intake pipe. Then the power steering pump and the air condition compressor.
Thats about it. The rest can be take off when the engine is out.
You can get it all off by yourself but it helps to have an extra set of hands when lifting it out.

You don't have to mess with the ppf when pulling the motor, unless you're planning to take the trans out too. Make sure you get all the coolant hoses. There is the heater hose that comes off the side of the lower pipe on the thermostat cover. its goes to the passenger side of the engine bay. There is also the other heater hose that connects below the oil filter. There are alot of grounds and connectors on the driver's side. Make sure you get them all. The only vacuum hoses thathave to come off are the ones conencting to stuff 0off the motor like the map sensor and stuff. Coils can stay. You don't even have to pull the uim off to get the motor out. Radiator can stay too if its in the stock location. Two people will definately help. You really need one person to work the hoist and the other to control the motor. With help, I can pull a single turbo fd motor and have it completely torn down in about an hour and a half.

Well I did alot in one day. I was going by the shop manual but I guess it is wrong
Im not removing the tranny but I am going to attempt to change the clutch on it. Also I removed the rad for more working space and to drain the yucky coolant, since I wont have a replacement engine for prolly a month.
I am excited about this though...Go figure

I only pointed out the PPF because I have done it both ways with the tranny and without and I think its just easier to pull it with the tranny on and then seperate them once they are sitting on the ground in front of you but really either way is not hard. Its only like six 14mm bolts or something to take loose the bell housing anyway. And if you do pull it with the trans you ont have to get the 4 PPF bolts at the trans. You don't need to take it off the diff.

My cousin really said I couldnt do this but I feel very confident and plan on leanring on the way.
ONe more question. If I order that engine from Malloy will it come with a flywheel?
Also what major gaskets should I replace?
