Alright I know some of you people live in a state where the liscense plate has to be on the front of the car... I got mine in the windshield suction cupped to the top right corner...where does everyone else keep theirs?

Some cop pulled me over and told me that I had to have it mounted on the front of the car.

Damn Texas Liscense Plate laws!

Yeah it is like that here in LA too.. Some cops will leave you alone about it while others will definately bust you for it not being on the front..

Yea I really don't like having it on their either...but around here they just love to mess with people who have fast... or fast looking cars.

I feel your pain. I made a james bond attachment for my car. I cut the upper and lower part of the plate off, so it will fit in the front bumper hole. attached it with a hinge, and added a cable that goes into the car. I leave the plate up, but if I see a cop, I push the caple and the plate comes down! If i get around to it, I'm going to change it to a motorized setup.

Im in MD and mine isn't on the front either. I was thinkin of doin something like what turbovr6 said. I've heard of mounting it on a spring loaded hinged bracket so its down at low speeds but retracts at high speed to get air to the FMIC

Damn dude....I was wondering about that. My best friends dad was a cop and when he was chacking out the car he never said anything to me. Wierd....I did get pulled over for no inspection sticker though. I plan on buying a 99spec front so I guess it will cure that problem
