Sorry, but the way the rules are in the NHRA all motor class you're better off using a 1st. gen RX7 due to the limits on what chassis mods they allow. Also the 1st. gen RX7 uses a solid rear axle design which is better suited for an all out drag car, not to mention what mods it will take to get an FD to that low weight will cost ALOT of $$$. Just work with a 1st. gen RX7 and save yourself $ and headaches.

Would the rules allow you to run a NA 20b?

that sucks that they outlawed it. It would have been better if they inforced a weight penelity for those that ran it, instead of just outlawing it all together.

Outlawed the 20B ...damn NHRA sucks ass. Why not a RX8 ? i am sure the rear would be able to take the power https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png Not sure how light the chassis would be thou.

NEGATIVE!!! Jesus Padilla used to run a 20B a while back and since he dominated so much they outlawed it in that class! |
