Ic Leak...greddy Smic With Greddy Pipes
#1
how exactly can we tell if theres a leak in the pipes....itssomewhere in the intake -> TB line.....intake, turbo, IC pipes, IC
the car has greddy SMIC, greddy IC pipes, stock elbow, stock ypipe
im driving martins (fikse) car and you spool and its insanely loud....like a long ppppssshhhh under boost....under ANY boost....it sounds insane.....i wish i could take a sound clip of it.....but it sounds like a t78 spooling.....its a big leak.....and the stock bov isnt vented...but sounds like its vented!
is there any time of fluid or anything we can use to see if theres a leak...kinda like the radiator leak stuff where u see some weird color or fluid come out of the leaky area...
any ideas?....any suggestions?

oh and it feels like the power is loosing somewhere around 4.5-5k....another reason i think theres a boost leak
maybe primary turbo dies?
buttt...the idle is really stable.....which makes us think theres not a leak, cause wouldnt it idle sporadically and not stable at like 800ish......
and yes i used spell check for sporadically

check every clamp make sure they are tight, if they are take off every rubber coupler and inspect for tears. if the car has stock rubber ones they are prob. torn. sometimes you cant see the tear unless you flex the coupler to check
