Hey, can anyone post a pic or a lend a little advice? I can't seem to figure out how to mount my Apex intakes. The bracket's don't line up and the intakes seem to be rotated too high to clear the hood...

I'm so lost! I can't read kanji and the drawing is sooooo small!!!!

TIA!

Negatory.. Those pics don't seem to contain any pctures of how the brackets are mounted.. at least now I see how the flanges are supposed to be rotated... I spent a good hour trying to figure it out last night before I posted, but it got dark. If anyone could explain anything to me, that'd be helpful.

I removed the Airbox bracket behind the intercooler to mount the long bar, and I tried rotating the fender side arbox mount so the 'L' bracket will reach the lower intake flange, and line up flat with it.. I think I was totally off... I'm lost!

hmm... i only remember one L bracket...

I remember one end was on one of the lower filter bolts for the secondary turbo and the other end went to the airbox bracket...

Mine has three brackets. One is 2" or so long and 'L' shaped, looks like it mounts to the old aribox mount near the fender, spanning to the lower intake filter bolt. The second is 7 or 8 inches long and mounts to the subframe just to the left (when facing the engine) and behind the intercooler (I assume it mounts where the old intake mount screwed to the subframe). The third is short and bent twice, spanning from the lower filter flange to the upper filter flange.

Also Jay, my filter elements look different than yours. they are longer and taper; it appears yours are cylindrical. Oh, and my intake flanges are silver, not black.

Maybe I'll take some pics a little later. Can't do much about that from here at work! Thanks for the help thus far!
