yea seen your thread on rx7club. im just going to aim for about 350-400hp for now. i just want to drive the car. then i will pull it out and do some porting, large extend port would be nice, then i will go for bigger numbers. my engine hasnt being openup yet.

Nocab72 had one of the first 35/40 (minus ball bearing) and when I talked to him, he said the turbo spools like crazy! I believe he was shooting for 500RWHP. Not sure if he ever did since he kind of drop off the rotary scene.

500hp is a lot to ask of that turbo, but it is really resopnsive, which would make a great street car

ive being doing alot of reading with other peoples setups with this turbo. i think 500 not to much to ask of it. i mean sure you would have the boost geting up there, but if everything else is done right you should be fine. im not going all out just yet ill use this turbo for some time,, then when i want more power i will get a bigger garrett turbo, and but this in my gf fd, or mybe the s1 (now that would be fun )
as for some of the other peoples setups some of them where geting 475, there was one that had 420-450 on the stock motor, at 15psi??

Not that I know of.. I knew Nocab a week after he bought his silver FD when i lived in Cincy, OH. I saw him a year after he got his engine built by Pineapple and had his GT35/40.. Far as I know, he was running that turbo well above 400+ without any issues. Him and Baddog used to be the first PFC tuners to travel around US of A (even tuned at 1st Rotary Revolution.. where I told Steve Kan that he should be tuning cars... lol!).
