Calling All Fd's!!

I'm shopping for parts.. and since I'm paying for everything.. I'm trying to compare and narrow things down until I can figure out exactly what I want. So.. it would be very appreciated if everyone could list their mods, dyno's, 1/4 mile times, experinces they've had with certain brands (why one is better than the other) and any other info you all can think of. Pics would be great too. And another thing, as of now I'm stock.. thinking about just sticking with the twins.. maybe a M2 twin upgrade, unless there is a better twin upgrade available. Thanks alot.

Well your first cash should go into silicone hose and decent couplers. That stock stuff is crapola.
I would worry about that first. Then you could move on to a downpipe/catback/intake/IC/fuel management/etc. etc
My list of mods does you no good.

I dont go to the strip so I dont know what my current list of mods will being at the track. I can however tell you what I ran last time I went which was about 18 months ago.
I ran a 12.3 @ 113 on a set of worn out Nitto Drag radials. I had a intake, dp, resonated mp and catback all from Pettit Racing. I was running the Power FC with its stock map and around 12psi of boost.
Everything else on the car was bone stock and the car only had 20K miles on it. It was in absolute mint mechanical condition with perfect boost, ie no leaking vac lines ect, like new compression and perfect turbos.

i ran 12.0 @ 117.6 MPH with a 1.75 60 FT on my T78,haltech e6k, etc. 15psi of boost. this was running way too rich. i'm down about 70rwhp....
my car dyno'd 416rwhp @ 13psi. at high boost on race gas it should break the 500rwhp mark. hoping for 550+ but we'll find out.
if you want make more than 400rwhp........plan on spending alot of money!!!!!

Dont forget the other no-brainer mods ...Boost gague, water temp gague ( unless you like the nice yellow glow of the "add -engine "light). Then get a new AST the stock one sucks .Then get it dynoed before you start the other mods .It helps to have a starting point .You may want to check out some of the members sites to see what they chose to do with their cars.No one has the "perfect " set up its all about what you want 300hp -400hp 600hp
Personaly I have PFS equipment (intake, exhaust, intercooler), my ecu is a Power FC, Street ported motor ,HKS downpipe ,fluydine rad.Theres a few other small items but thats the big stuff. I still run my stock turbos and dyno 345 rwhp .Once the stock turbos go I will go single and shoot for my sweet spot 400rwhp :bigthumg:
.But best of luck and research ...theres tons of information on these cars ,the more you know the less you spend and the more you get to drive fast
