Boost Loss -- From 9-10lbs To 4-5lbs Help Non-seq
#1
Car is:
Full non-seq
Street ported motor (strong )
Power FC
1300cc seconds
Full exhaust
etc
Yesterday the car was fine. Boosting 9-10lbs than after some spirited driving I noticed it didnt feel as fast, I looked at the boost gauge and Im at .3 bar! WTF!
It also builds boost kinda slow. Not as fast as before?
I checked my turbosa and the spin fine. No shaft play and they dont wobble. What lines do I since the car is non-seq? Could my wastgegate acutor be the problem? I dunno! HELP!

Sounds like you lost a vacuum line. Make sure you check all lines sometimes its the one you cant really see that ends up being the one overlooked. I bought bright *** green lines so I can see them even at night. I would also take the time to super glue and zip-tie them if you havnt already.

Yea, check the couplers. Chances are your newfound lust for speed thrust off a coupler.
But just use common sense and look over the ngine bay really closely for something that came loose or poped off.

Ill check when I get home. Car is broken in and will be tuned here in a week or two. Charts to follow
Stock IC and full non-seq stock turbos @ 14lbs -- What should I dyno?
I think 350+ whp can be made with the stock IC

I didnt think you could run 14psi with stock I/C. How do you tune the pfc for the kind of IAT and how safe is it really?
