Any One Ever Here Of This?
#1
Well my car hasn't started in a while. I finally got to working on it but I havent gotten it to start. Taken it apart and put it back together and still no luck. I finally got smart and put a rag on the sparkplug hole and cranked the engine. When I tried to light the rag on fire no luck. So what I think I have coming out is either water or coolant. Is this possible. Could a seal have broken leaking coolant in the chambers?
I guess my only hope is a rebuild right? Help would be great. Thanks!

you should be able to smell if it's coolant.

Its water....******* ****. I dont know what the hell happened. Steam comes out of the holes when I crank it. BUt its water. Time for a rebuild.
if it's a 50/50 mix, there isnt really a source of straight water other than condensation.
if you have coolant in the engine coming out of the spark plug holes, then yes you need a rebuild.
before you go deciding it's a O ring leaking coolant into the combustion chambers, rent/buy/borrow a coolant system pressure tester and see if it can't hold pressure.

are you running 50/50 mix for coolant or just straight water?

Also water is coming out of my muffler. That is what pissed me off. So does that in any way effect my turbos?

could be condensation. hmmm just get it started. then you will see if its burning coolant real fast
The water in the chambers is keeping it from starting. I did start it a while back but not for a long period of time...maybe 20 seconds. Since then I havetn started it I'm already in the process of getting a new engine.
BTW: Sorry if I sounded like an DICK pengaru. My cousin was over here laughing his *** off when he saw the water.
