Wiper Switch Removal
#1
So I have this wiper switch I'm going to swap out. I got the 4 screws under the steering surround, and the 3 in front of the instrument panel. I've pulled all the ***** off, and I've unplugged the one plug to the wiper controls. I also took out the one screw holding in the top of the wiper controls, behind the steering surround. I still can't get it out, and I'm afraid to break the plastic if I pull and shove too hard.
What am I missing?

I ended up removing all the plugs, removing the top and bottom steering surround, and wiggling out the whole guage surround. The top and bottom column covers didn't have to be removed, but it allowed me more wiggle room.
Everything works now! These wipers haven't worked since I got the car. That will be one less frustration.
