It sounds like a high pitched tuning fork, high pitched hum that DOES NOT change at all with engine speed or car speed. I dodn't no how to discibe it exactly but it is loud after start up and slowly goes away as the engine warms up. One time after I tried to track it down and I slamed the hood, it completly stopped. I have know idea. Help!

THE REST OF THE STORY!!!



The cooling fan light is starting to flicker.



Funds are low.



What's the cheap fix?



Whats's the right fix?



How do I get to that Turd? I can't even see it. It's hot as hell here in FL now so I sopose I need the thing.
