has anyone gone to a glass man and had a glass sun roof cut? or maybe lexan or plexiglass?

on every FC i have ever had, the sun roof rusts out. no matter what. and the stock glass ones rarely come up for sale. and when they do people want 350-400 easily.

so i figured lexan would make a good replacement. plus it would save a few lbs. anyone here done this? got pics?

I have a fancy plastic one on my coupe, Its fancy because it uses the stock rubber gasket, and it has a support frame so it bolts to stock location.

Problem is the damm thing has warped from the heat.

Not really sure what kinda cash I want for it, more into trading for some parts, like a 5 lug swap or suspension parts...
