Here is the setup I had in my hatch a long time ago, but I'm putting it back when I get the GTX running.....its the best box I've ever had for a seven...sounds good and takes up very little space.

i had 2 12's in a box, with two amps that lit up blue, it looks very very cool, like show car cool. Id be drivin at night and ppl would be muggin. But i sold them becuz my diff went out, so did my oil metering pump and some other thing too. I even made $100 cash off them. lol o ya also ppl at my school were lookin for my address to rip off my subs. So i got rid of them, they beat so hard though. But now i would never do it, waste of money and way too much weight, its all for showing off anyway. But that is a nice setup. Where are the amps? how much u runnin to those subs?

I only had one amp at the time..and a really bad one, but it still sounded great. I now have 800W Kenwood amp that i can split and bridge, etc....

The amp is mounted behind the carpet where the spare used to be. Its a clean install and now wires show. I've got new pioneer 6.5s for the towers, and 4s in the front...and i'll rewire my clarion cd player and it'll all be good again

that setup looks pretty sweet but i have a couple of questions.

-does the rear carpet thingy the thing that lifts up with the hatch fit over that?

-how much space is in the box (ft^3)?

-and where can i get the plans for one?

thanks doode

Um...I'll have to check....I ran across the box in pawn shop, lol...and it fits perfectly.

I don't have a hatch cover...so I dunno if it'd fit...I think it would...

Sweet setup. I had a clarion proaudio, two twelves, 2 6x9's and, 2 badass 5/1/4 in mine run by a 500W kicker amp and a 350w PPi amp at one time but I also had my **** broken into like 3 times in a year and a half by shitty haters. So I took all mine out. I just run the little speakers connected to one amp now. So it's safer.

Plus its a lot less weight in the car now... mmm more speed. I also got tired of claiming my **** stolen to the insurance company, I think they were starting to think I was doing it myself.. which is bad. Oh well hopefully u won't have any problems with yours. Just get a good alarm.
