smogpump = airpump?

If so your main cat will clog without the airpump.

correct

no cat = no airpump necessary...and for that matter no ACV and split air pipe

Is your car a s4 or s5?

If it's an S5, the auxiliary ports and VDI valve will nto open correctly.

Also, I wouldn't trust just the alternator belt to turn the water pump. Get a dual pulley, or buy a new belt for the time being. Honestly, cheap belts are maybe $2-3.

very easy to do....just make sure u have no cats before u do it or ull lose all of ur power - and na dont have much to lose in the first place

if u have abs itll be a tad harder to wiggle out casue thats the direction ull want to push it...unless you have an efan and no clutch fan
